I am a well-rounded marketing professional with extensive skills and experience in the digital marketing arena. This has supported my success in building and executing comprehensive integrated marketing strategies. My key skills include email, web site optimization, paid and organic social, SEM, affiliates, display advertising, editorial content creation and dissemination, promotional strategy, brand strategy, marketing analytics (web, consumer and CRM) and budget management. I have managed and optimized marketing budgets of $60M+. I also bring forth strong experience in managing large scale strategic initiatives including new e-commerce business launches, redesign projects and launching new technologies. My leadership skills include building and managing teams as small as 6 to as large as 37 from Intern level to Director level across brand, digital marketing and e-commerce. Given this, coupled with my 15+ years experience in retail marketing, I am familiar and comfortable in fast-paced environments and know how to roll up my sleeves and get things done.
I most recently held a role as AVP of Digital Marketing at Ann Inc. Here I oversaw digital growth and optimization across Lou & Grey, LOFT, Ann Taylor, LOFT Outlet and Ann Taylor Factory. I spent 9 1/2 years with Ann, Inc. and over that time led a range of key brand and digital marketing programs. A few examples include, key e-commerce business launches such as Lou & Grey, LOFT Plus, LOFT Outlet and Ann Taylor Factory online. Marketing optimization initiatives such as multi-touch attribution, segmentation and personalization. Lastly, I’ll also highlight key organizational changes I've led such as re-inventing the marketing structure within the brand and digital teams to better maximize strengths and drive optimal efficiency. I have additional agency experience from eFashionSolutions where I spent close to five years leading email marketing and site content strategies for a range of celebrity brands including Jennifer Lopez, Russell Simmons, Kimora Lee Simmons, JayZ, and Beyoncé, along with brands such as DKNY, Judith Lieber, New Era Caps, Oscar DeLa Renta, ABS and more. I have managed marketing for businesses ranging from $95M - $1B annually. I hold an undergraduate degree from Berkeley College, Woodland Park, NJ and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY.
