 I had the benefit of working with Jasmin on multiple cross-functional projects for over eight years.  Jasmin stands out as one of the most discerning, decisive and effective team leaders I know. I worked with Jasmin as a consultant focusing on strategic, data and executional opportunities for almost 10 years at ANN INC. During that time, she progressed from marketing manager of one brand, to an associate VP for all five brands. It was always a special privilege to bring insights and proposals to Jasmin, because she would quietly listen, quickly digest, and aptly translate what was often very gnarly data, as well as very detailed technical, executional, or strategic limitations and possibilities. But so much more quickly and insightfully than most people, she would develop a clear path that she could persuasively communicate to our President and C-suite and then effectively implement. Jasmin also always showed respect for her peers, her team, and her superiors. I would consider it an honor to work with her again.

 I cannot put into words just how amazing Jasmin Stevens is. I had the opportunity to be a part of Jasmin’s team during her time at Ascena. I had the pleasure of working with her for 5 years at ANN Inc., collaborating on several special projects and learning from her leadership of a large marketing department.
